Dakari, a sub-brand of the renowned bakery Jawara Roti & Kue in Medan, engaged our team to create a captivating and cohesive brand identity, including marketing collaterals, seasonal packaging, and a social media strategy and design. With a focus on understanding and catering to the preferences and interests of their target audience, we crafted a vibrant and consistent visual language, designing unique seasonal packaging, engaging marketing materials, and "fun" and "beneficial" social media content. By thoroughly researching audience interests and formulating an effective social media strategy, we successfully increased brand recognition, followers, and engagement, fostering a strong sense of community and excitement among Dakari's audience, and ultimately, boosting brand loyalty and customer satisfaction.
