Mario's professional journey began at Landor Associates San Francisco, where he gained invaluable experience in the art and science of branding. From there, he went on to work at several other leading design and advertising agencies, including Salt Design San Francisco, MakkiMakki, and Afterhours Group. He also founded and served as CEO of ARKx Global Group, a marketing and branding agency, and Cranium Digital Agency, a full-service digital marketing firm.

Mario's entrepreneurial spirit and business acumen have led him to establish and lead several successful enterprises, including Rubicube Creative Indonesia, where he has served as CEO since 2008. Under his leadership, Rubicube Creative has expanded its reach and influence throughout Southeast Asia, with offices in Singapore and Malaysia and strategic partnerships in Hong Kong and Los Angeles. Prior to his current role, Navjyot held the position of Vice President, Finance - Optimisation & Projects at Millennium Hotels and Resorts. He previously served as the Vice President of Finance at Shangri-La, where he was responsible for overseeing the Asia Pacific region. During his tenure, he established a shared Service Centre in Singapore and implemented similar centres in Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, Manila, and Sydney.
